2016 Autumnal Gin with Beets!

We enjoy going the distance in any way necessary to capture the seasonal flavors for our limited label gins. We often have to incorporate unconventional practices and messy productions to get the desired results.
Here are the boys, having roasted their beets, macerating the blood-red vegetables into the alcohol base that eventually distills into 2016's Autumnal gin.
